About
I am Prof. Dr. Betül Canımkurbey Işık, a member of the Department of Physics at the Faculty of Science and Letters in Polatlı, Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University. My work sits between physics and materials science: thin-film devices that emit, sense or harvest light. This page gathers the areas I work in, a selection of my papers, and the simplest way to reach me.
Academic work
Organic field effect transistors
Semiconductor layers, dielectrics and doping that raise mobility and lower operating voltage.
Organic solar cells
Metal-oxide transport layers, including doped TiO2, for inverted solar cells.
Light-emitting diodes
Organic and colloidal quantum well LEDs, from polymer design to device structure.
